Sales Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted based on prices in effect on the order date, unless specifically stated otherwise by Popular Machinery & Tools, Inc.

Shipping

Shipping costs and a nominal handling charge will be added to all orders. All shipments are made from San Antonio, Texas, Santa Fe Springs, California, or High Point, North Carolina via UPS Ground Service unless other arrangements are requested. Any claim for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

Returns

Prior authorization with a RGA number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. Popular Machinery & Tools, Inc. will accept the return for credit of unused, unmodified, and undamaged merchandise in the original package within 90 days of the invoice date. Any saw blade that has been re-bored, reground, etched or inscribed by the customer or at their request cannot be accepted for return.

Warranty

Popular Tools makes only the highest quality product. Saws with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced. Damage to saws due to customer misuse is not covered by this warranty. The warranty is void once a blade has been reground or has had the face polished or altered in any way. This includes and is not limited to the removal of the Popular Tools logo, blades etched with customer information, addition of sharpener logos, etc.

Reboring

Any saw blade can be bored to fit your exact specifications. The re-boring fee depends on size,
pinholes, and keyways. Call your Popular Tools representative for pricing on blade modifications.

*A blade that has been re-bored cannot be returned for credit or a replacement.*
